Logo Express licence

1. Purpose

This page describes the rights you get when you buy a logo from Logo Express, the ready-made logo shop. The seller is Vincent Sotuela, sole trader Mow-Logo, France (see the legal notice). Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French tax code).

2. Standard licence (JPG + PNG, optional SVG)

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to use the logo for your business (website, social media, printed materials, packaging, signage, clothing, etc.). You may adapt it to your identity (colours, layout, adding your name).

The logo stays on sale on the site, so other people may buy it too. You may not resell, redistribute or share the file itself (free of charge or not), nor present it as your own creation in order to resell it. I remain the copyright holder. A non-exclusive licence does not guarantee that the logo can be registered as a trademark; for exclusive protection, choose the exclusive purchase or a custom design.

3. Exclusive purchase

The exclusive purchase includes all formats (JPG, PNG, SVG) and the assignment of the economic rights in the logo (reproduction, representation, adaptation, for all uses and all media, worldwide, for the legal duration of copyright protection), including registration as a trademark. The logo is removed from the site and I undertake never to sell, license or reuse it again. The author's moral rights remain attached to his person, as provided by law.

The exclusive purchase is only offered for a logo that has never been sold under the standard licence. If another visitor completes the exclusive purchase of the same logo before you, your payment is refunded in full.

4. Delivery and files

Files are delivered immediately after payment through a personal download link (shown on screen and sent by email). Each file can be downloaded a limited number of times. If a link stops working, write to me and I will send you a new one.

5. Right of withdrawal

As delivery of the digital content starts immediately, with your express prior consent and your waiver of the right of withdrawal (checkbox before payment), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these purchases (art. L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). If a file is defective or does not match the description, contact me: I will fix it or refund you.

6. Payment and data

Payment is processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details. Your email address is used only to deliver and follow up on your order (see the privacy policy, in French).
